Assisted a major domestic seating manufacturer to develop its first international strategic plan and then supported its implementation as this company developed a Malaysian joint venture, a Chinese wholly owned manufacturing facility, and a Brazilian joint venture.

PLAN AND IMPLEMENTATION

Took a domestic producer through the steps necessary to develop a lower cost overseas strategic alliance using its technology to supply developing opportunities in Asia. This included market research, partner choice, facilitation of business plan development and final negotiation of a joint venture.

Took a leadership role with a major domestic hanger manufacturer in formulating and refining their Latin American strategy and realigned some of their relationships to better implement business there.
